Please use the LOWER LEVEL DOOR (facing Fernhill Rd) ~ this is Dove's "main entrance" ~ she works different hours than the doctor's office upstairs (and mask use is often mandatory upstairs).

Mask use is currently NOT mandatory while at the clinic (though it is recommended by the local doctor and the PHO, during close contact for example while in treatment), regardless of vaccination status.

Washroom is sanitized regularly.

Enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures are performed between every appointment.

Please leave shoes at the door, to help keep the clinic clean. You can bring slippers if you like.

If you or the therapist tests positive for Covid-19 (or another communicable disease, such as a virus or flu) within 1 week after the appointment, each agrees to contact the other immediately.
The therapist will then enact procedures according to the BC Centre for Disease Control.
