The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for protocols to minimize the spread of infectious diseases such as the coronavirus, at the clinic.

1-2 days before your appointment, you will receive a health screening questionnaire by email. Please submit it prior to your appointment.
Health status will be re-confirmed prior to entry to the Health Centre.

The therapist will greet you at the lower level entrance (facing Fernhill Rd), as soon as she is ready.

Mask use is currently NOT mandatory while at the clinic (though it is recommended by the local doctor and the PHO, during close contact for example while in treatment), regardless of vaccination status.

Please leave shoes at the door, to help keep the clinic clean.

Washroom is sanitized after each use.
If you need to use the washroom prior to your appointment, text the therapist so she can let you in a few minutes early.
Please consider using the washroom at home, to minimize the use of the washroom at the Health Centre.

Enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures are performed between appointments.

If you or the therapist tests positive for Covid-19 within 1 week after the appointment, each agrees to contact the other immediately.
The therapist will then enact procedures according to the BC Centre for Disease Control.
