A spacious day awaits!
Explore (or simply rest!) on your own, or join a guided hike in the late morning, and/or swim in the early afternoon.
Before dinner, bring ease into the body (guided stretching, etc), helping you integrate the day's activities.
After dinner, we honour the Full Moon and other cycles of Nature.
