Other Coaches typically focus exclusively on the domain of the mind (in the head), and do not have the expertise to be able to decode and harness the wisdom of the body.

Other Massage Therapists typically do not have the skills (nor training) to be able to work with the domain of the mind ~ such as how to reframe perspectives and rewire thought patterns that are currently keeping you stuck repeating behaviours that no longer serve you.

In both of these professions (and many more), there is a separation between different aspects of you ~ whereas the true path of well-being and success recognizes, honours, and works with the Whole of you.

There are plenty of well-meaning practitioners (and friends/family, etc) who are ready to give you "helpful advice" ~ and how many are there to support you to actually implement it (including helping you pivot as you feel your way forward so you can adjust when things don't go according to plan)? And what about helping you unlock your OWN answers, whispered from your soul (and Life itself)?

There is commonly a disconnect between intentions and outcome (you "make up your mind" to do something, only to find it's not so simple, and the struggle continues ~ for hours, days, months, years...). Sometimes it's hard to even know exactly what to do ~ you just know something feels "off" and you understand intuitively it'd be better to follow the nudge to deal with it before it becomes an even bigger problem.
